$285,000 - $295,000 with Sign on Bonus and $50,000 in Student Loan Reimbursement

About the Organization:
Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) is a small, state-of-the-art, inpatient psychiatric treatment facility that provides a safe environment for adults in acute psychiatric states. With 16 beds, the hospital offers an array of services in a community based setting. Our mental health treatment and programming utilizes a person-centered framework. We routinely involve the patient, their family and multiple community resources in treatment planning and implementation. The interdisciplinary treatment team includes a psychiatrist, nurses, advanced practice registered nurses, psychologist, social workers, and rehabilitation therapists. In our small hospitals, the average length of stay is around 30 days, and admissions average about 1 per day. This facility is considered a leader in the mental health field in its immediate 5-county area as well as northern Minnesota.
