Legacy Woodburn Health Center
Legacy Silverton Medical Center and Legacy Medical Group are actively recruiting a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join the team of behavioral health providers at Legacy Health Woodburn Health Center. This position will provide both therapy and medicine management for both short and long term care of patients. These positions are co-located in six primary care clinics. The majority of referrals are from the primary care clinics.
The ideal candidate will have interested in managing complex patients and previous experience is helpful.
Woodburn is bedroom community of Portland located about 30 minutes from the Portland metro area, 30 minutes from Silverton an affluent small town with a charming agriculture community and 30 minutes from Salem, allowing lots of living options from urban to upscale rural depending on personal and family interests.
