Baystate Health, an Awardwinning healthcare system and home of the University of Massachusetts Medical School-Baystate, is searching for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Greenfield Family Medicine in Greenfield, MA.

This opportunity features:

Our well-established team of physicians and advanced practitioners who provide 100% outpatient primary care to adults and children in our state-of-the-art level three patient centered medical home.
Provide team-based care to an underserved and rural population.
Located across the street from Baystate Franklin Medical Center, this practice has convenient access to local specialists as well as strong support from specialists at Baystate Medical Center / University of Massachusetts Medical School-Baystate Health and Baystate Childrens Medical Center.
