Our growing, thriving rural health system is seeking a Family Practice physician for our very busy and well established clinic in the energetic and diverse university town of Platteville, Wisconsin. The Platteville Clinic at Southwest Health is a traditional practice that includes inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. The successful candidate will join a diverse team made up of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Call schedule is a relaxed 1:6. Southwest Health employs 42 practitioners overall with very high satisfaction and retention rates. This may be a great opportunity for new graduates to work and learn from an experienced and highly motivated team.

With 600 employees, Southwest Health operates a 25-bed hospital, several physician clinics, a 78-bed skilled nursing facility with 12 memory care beds, as well as a 10-bed geriatric psychiatry unit. This family practice opportunity is located in a spacious clinic built in 2005, situated for you and your patients convenience on our main hospital campus. The location brilliantly balances practice independence with excellent on-site support services from a full-service hospital with strong, easily-accessible leadership and highly engaged staff.
