Wilkes-Barre General Hospital is Northeastern Pennsylvanias largest community hospital, with 412 beds and a medical staff of more than 400 physicians representing nearly 50 medical and surgical specialties. It has long been recognized for excellence in heart and vascular care, and an emergency department that treats nearly 60,000 patients a year.

The hospitals advanced and wide-ranging specialties include orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery and minimally invasive robotic-assisted procedures.

Staffing Model: 8 MDs to 23 CRNAs

Case Mix: Cardiology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Nephrology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, and Urology.

Schedule: combination of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, no call!
