Clara Maass is a 350-bed community medical center with an anesthesia team consisting of 16 MDs to 8 CRNAs. Cases include general bread and butter, vascular, ent, critical care, ortho, endoscopy (~4,500 cases/year), labor and delivery (~1,600 cases/year), peds, little OB and regional, no hearts or trauma. State of the art robotics system.

Staffing Model: 8 CRNAs to 16 MDs

Schedule: 5x8 or 4x10 hour shifts
