Our Department of Cardiology is seeking to hire a Full Time Attending Physician to join a 20+ Physician Group in the Congestive Heart Failure Program Division Team
Brooklyn, New York Area

Physicians will enjoy a blend of both inpatient and outpatient cardiology
experience in clinical care and teaching.

Required Qualifications:
American Board of Internal Medicine Certification in Cardiovascular Disease and
Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology

Our CHF Services include:
LVAD and ECMO procedures, experience with complex disease management,
The Heart Failure Cardiologist works in collaboration with a team of other CHF physicians and Nurse Practitioners to provide transitional care to patient with heart failure. Heart Failure team provides medical management to patients with complex therapies and interventions for Failure and Transplant Ideal Candidates

Duties include:
Inpatient and Outpatient patient care, CHF Preceptor in Cardiology Clinic, Participation in teaching of the Residency Program
