Integrated Care/Outpatient CL Psychiatry Opportunities in NYC
Montefiore, a well-respected, nationally recognized and award-winning public healthcare system and leader in the collaborative care model, is seeking Psychiatrists for our Behavioral Health Integration Program. Our system comprises an integrated network of both primary and specialty outpatient care practices in the Bronx and Westchester dedicated to health equity.

Position Overview:
Provide high quality psychiatric care to a culturally diverse, and medically complex patient population in an integrated/consultative primary care setting
Collaborate with a team of mental health and primary care providers
Use behavior health registry and telepsychiatry to deliver care to patient population

Research and Clinician Educator tracks
Possibility for Academic Appointment to the Albert Einstein College of Medicine

Position Requirements:
Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry
Commitment to Public Health populations
Strong interest in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
Fellowship training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry is highly desirable
