This is a truly exceptional opportunity if for a Medical Director of Psychiatry.
About an hour from NYC and Philadelphia.

Seeking a fulltime Medical Director for a position within a growing behavioral health department recognized as a national model for integrated behavioral health services that are driven by a passion for excellence.

Come join a warm and accomplished team that includes six fulltime psychiatrists and five fulltime PMHNPs. Compensation $320K to $350K and excellent benefits including 30 days PTO!

There is also an Acute Partial Program, Adolescent IOP and a voluntary inpatient unit.

This position is 50% Administrative and 50% Clinical. As Medical Director you will make sure programs are covered, supervise APN on inpatient unit (co-sign required), collaborative care with primary care physicians in 12 practices, and committee meetings. This includes weekly supervision, additional supervision upon request, monthly team meetings for the PMHNP providers and monthly team meetings for the entire team (PMHNPs/MDs).

Schedule is Monday Friday. Open to discussing a 4-10 schedule! Inpatient/Emergency Room is open 24/7. The outpatient practice is open 7am to 6pm.

This is a very supportive team. We have placed two exceptional PMHNPs with this team and they LOVE IT.
