Registered Nurse - Medication Assisted Treatment

Job Description

The Community Health Centers of Burlington are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our team to provide care coordination of medical and behavioral health patients receiving medication assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction. This position is paired with an addiction counselor and a team of multi-disciplinary health care professionals.

Basic Qualifications

-Vermont State Registered Nurse Licensure
-Associates Degree in Nurse Required, BSN preferred
-CPR Certification


Knowledge, Skills and Ability

-Strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced medical team environment.
-Experience and knowledge with electronic medical record systems.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Experience working with patients experiencing addiction is a plus.
