Job Description
SUMMARY: Nurse Practitioner provides direct care to pediatric patients of Hardeman County Community Health Center. Will collaborate and provide quality care with a team in a patient-centered care model meeting and servicing the needs of our patients. Responsible for professional medical work including direct patient care, preventive, diagnostic, treatment, and referral care under the supervision of precepting physician and in accordance with Corporations health care plan and written protocols.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary care consistent with accepted professional standards.
