Bay Street Community Health Center at 57 Bay Street, Staten Island

Experienced provider in family medicine to treat individuals throughout all life stages and to help grow the family practice at our FQHC community health center on Staten Island

Market competitive compensation, sign-on bonus and partial relocation reimbursement
Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with possible Saturdays
NYS license and registration with board certification
Demonstrated experience treating underserved patients with multiple co-morbidities
