Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement

Experienced provider in primary care for adults, children and adolescents to join dedicated clinical team at our expanding FQHC community health center on Staten Island

Market competitive compensation, sign-on bonus and partial relocation reimbursement
Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with some Saturdays required
NYS license, registration with board certification and ability to work independently
Experience treating infants, young children and adults with multiple co-morbidities
