Seeking Full time (Night Shift) Registered Nurse to join our team!

Sage Rehabilitation Hospital is one of Baton Rouges premier rehab hospital/skilled nursing facilities offering intensive and goal-directed programs to guide patients along an individualized treatment pathway designed to maximize functional independence.

Essential duties include:

Supervise patient care
Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
Completes all documents timely
Qualifications:

Current Louisiana RN license required
Must have current CPR Certification
Compassionate RN with great time management skills
Exceptional People providing Exceptional Care.
