Job Description

The Kansas City VA Medical Center is seeking a full-time board certified Physician for Primary Care at the following locations:
Linwood Clinic - Kansas City VA Medical Center
4801 Linwood Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64128

Excelsior Springs Community Based Outpatient Clinic
197 N McCleary Road, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024

Provide comprehensive primary care and preventative care to an established panel of primary care patients, under the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model.
Provides preventative medicine and medical care management for adult patients for acute and chronic medical conditions
Responsible for the direct treatment, consultation and/or referral for patients' medical conditions as appropriate
Management of patients includes following VA clinical guidelines with documentation in the electronic medical record
Works within a team of various health care staff to direct the resources needed to assist in the management of patients

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts between the hours of 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Occasional Saturday clinic required

Compensation begins at over $209,000, not including annual bonus up to $15K, insurance, pension, 401K and life insurance options!
