International Community Health Services (ICHS) is seeking a Doctor of Family Nursing Practice to lead its Advanced Registered Nurse Practice (ARNP) Residency Program under the Chief Medical officer and work with committed and excellent educators and clinicians.

Join a Residency Program in a nationally recognized Federally Qualified Health Center
The residency program was founded in 2014 to educate and retain well-rounded, highly autonomous, effective and culturally competent FNPs. It has been accredited by the National Nurse Practitioner Residency and Fellowship Training Consortium (NNPRFTC), and has received a Health Resources and Services Administration award for expansion. In 2019, ICHS was one of only two health centers in Washington State named a National Quality Leader by HRSA and is accredited by the prestigious Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
The ideal candidate will have:
Skills to lead a dynamic and committed faculty
Skills to develop new faculty
Knowledge of curriculum development and evaluation
Experience in performance evaluation
Thorough understanding of evidence-based primary care within the context of value based care and changes in health care financing.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
The Residency Program Director will:
Maintain a primary care practice at one of the Clinics.
Provide direct leadership in the development and oversight of the residency program
Lead the Council on Education and Research
Job Requirements:
Education Doctor of Family Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
Experience - Three years experience as independent primary care provider, two years experiences in clinical education. Administrative and/or supervisory experience in health care preferred.
Other - Requirement(s) ARNP license to practice in the State of Washington.
