Steward Health Care is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist for a busy private practice in downtown Houston. The new physician will be joining 1 other Gastroenterologist, a solo practitioner who has been practicing for 34 years, and will see patients on both an Inpatient and Outpatient basis. Expected work hours are 8am 5pm, Monday Friday with call scheduled every other weekend. All procedures will be done at St Joseph Medical Center, however the practice is conveniently located in the MOB right next door.

Ideal candidates must be proficient in therapeutic ERCP's and EUS, routine core GI procedures, be hardworking and have good bedside manners.

Willing to consider both MD and DO candidates who are fellowship trained
Must be licensed or in the process of being licensed in the state of Texas
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
