Advanced Practice Provider (Community Clinician)

Job Description

This position would provide urgent care/walk in clinic coverage, as well as provide medical care in a local jail.

The Advanced Practice Provider (Community Clinician) provides medical care to all age groups in accordance with the State of Washington Department of Licensing and professional scope of practice. In addition, the Clinician provides diagnostic and therapeutic medical services to CHC patients, while making reasonable and sound medical assessments and treatment plans. This position requires travel between community partner sites and Community Health Center clinics. Additionally, this position will work flexible hours in the walk-in clinics.
