Heritage Physician Network is a physician group with locations throughout Kern County who comprise an Independent Physicians Association (IPA). These IPA physicians remain affiliated with BFMC although they maintain their own office. Members who select Heritage Physician Network physicians will see their doctors in their conveniently located private offices. All members of BFMC/HPN can access the full range of services, programs and specialists offered by Bakersfield Family Medical Center.

The Position:
Were looking for full-time Physicians in our Primary Care Practice. Must have a valid license to practice in California, American Heart Association BLS certification.

Salary/Benefits:
-Salary begins at $210,000.00
-Very competitive benefits package.
-Sign-on bonus, (to be negotiated with CEO during interview process)
-Potential annual bonus based on RAF and HCC scores
-Relocation assistance up to $5,000.00 (if moving within California)

-Bakersfield Family Medical Center is based in Bakersfield, CA, Kern County. We are affectionately known as a charter city. The city is a significant hub for both agriculture and oil production. Were also home to Cal State University - Bakersfield.
