Seeking Full time CRNAs to join Anesthesia Team in Central Mississippi: Competitive Compensation, Loan Repayment and Sign on Options

Meridian, MS. Rush Hospital is seeking CRNAs to join its Anesthesia team consisting of 4 full time Anesthesiologists and 20+ CRNAs. The established group provides anesthesia services at Rush Foundation Hospital, a 215-bed facility with a 10 room OR and an orthopedic surgery center in the adjacent facility with 4 OR rooms.

Highlights of this Opportunity include:
Ability to step into a high volume practice with a large 8 county referral network and patient service area of over 350,000.
Job Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On-Call one day/week and one weekend/month
Additional standby/call pay for call shifts covered
1st call- post call off
Case types include General, Vascular, Orthopaedics, Interventional Radiology, Endoscopy, ENT, Ortho-Spine, Urology, Gastroenterology, OB/GYN and da Vinci Robotics; no Cardiac or Neuro procedures.
Duties: Administer anesthesia & anesthesia-related care under the orders of a physician.
Monitor and support vital life functions.
Act as the patient's advocate while the patient is under anesthesia.
Participate in performance improvement & continuous quality improvement activities.
Hospital has a Level III Trauma Center and Level III NICU.
Merging with Ochsner Health System next summer (2022).
New EHR system of EPIC systemwide.
New young administration that directly supports our providers.
Rapidly growing system with the addition of over 30 new providers in the last two years.

Job Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Mississippi
Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
Current certification or re-certification from AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or its predecessors certification.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required.
At least one (1) year experience as a CRNA preferred.
