Practice outpatient primary care in Farmington, CT. No mandatory call and great work/life balance!
ProHealth Physicians is seeking a family medicine physician for a thriving practice in Farmington, CT. Brand new state of the art practice facility.

Position Details
- 4 day full time schedule, no weekends
-No mandatory call
- 36 hours with 30.6 clinical hours and 5.4 administrative hours

Required Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible. Board Certification required within five years of hire
Unrestricted CT License or ability to obtain
