Job Description

Liberty Hospital is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible General Surgeon to join our current hospital employed group of four surgeons. Liberty Hospital is a comprehensive Level II Trauma center with a full range of services, the latest technology and a compassionate staff focused on providing patients with exceptional care. The Surgeons Clinic provides a wide range of surgical services, including the availability of two da Vinci robotic systems, as well as an on-site ambulatory surgery center.

The selected candidate will be employed by Liberty Hospital. Compensation is highly competitive based on the surrounding market, and is guaranteed while you build your practice. A generous benefit package is included with this opportunity, including medical, dental, life insurance, fitness center discounts, and retirement. Relocation, vacation and CME time and allowance are also provided. Due to a planned physician retirement, start date will be summer/fall 2021.

Located just 20 minutes northeast of downtown Kansas City, Liberty Hospital serves Clay, Platte and Ray counties, as well as the northwest Missouri corridor.
