Salary and Benefits:
1st Year Salary Guarantee - $375, 000 - $410,000k
Base Salary Guarantee, plus RVU Compesation
Monthly and Annual Bonus
$4000+ per year allowable for CME
$1000+ per year allowable for dues, memberships, licensures
Monthly and/or yearly bonus
Health system paid malpractice insurance
Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 403b, Vacation
Relocation reimbursement
Sign on bonus
8:00-5:00 or 4-day work week

Good Shepherd Health Care System is a 25-bed non-profit hospital located in Eastern Oregon and is one of the largest employers within the community. GSHCS has undergone recent remodeling and expansions to include a new state of the art diagnostic imaging center, emergency department, and a newly completed surgery department.
