We are actively recruiting for a BE/BC Psychiatrist to joing our growing medical center. We are located in the heart of Eastern Oregon where we are blessed with 300 sun filled days of sunshine which offers a year round outdoor paradise. Hermiston, in my opinion, is a delightful rural community, but with big city amenities only 20 minutes away. We are located in the arid portion of the state, which provides for lots of sunshine, excellent recreational opportunities and a reasonable cost of living. We have a very collegial medical staff. I think that you will find that were a very modern and up-to-date rural hospital bigger than our small size would suggest.

Position Detail:
Good Shepherd Health Care System is seeking to fill one Psychiatry position to help fill the need of mental health services to our growing community in the heart of Eastern Oregon. Position would include patient evaluation and treatment.
Provide outpatient adult psychiatric services to include psychiatric evaluations and medication management follow up. (Adolescent combined patient practice as well, if desired)
Inpatient consultation services, if desired.
Over 20 referring providers.
Opportunity to work with Lifeways within their inpatient & outpatient settings, if desired.
Highlights include:
Competitive Compensation - $ 290,000 - $320,000
Base Salary & RVU Compensation for year 2-3
Yearly Bonus Incentive

$4,000+ per year allowable for CME
$1500 per year allowable for dues, memberships, licensures
