ACT Clinical Director

Job Description

FHR is currently recruiting ACT Clinical Director to assume overall responsibility for leadership, vision, direction and daily supervision of the Assertive Community Treatment Program designed to serve young adults through geriatric clients with chronic mental illness and co-occurring addictive disorder. The Clinical Director ensures full ACT model fidelity, while also promoting full programmatic adherence to FHR clinical, managerial, financial, and administrative practices.
The ACT Clinical Director holds a license in one of the following discipline categories:
A. Physician or Psychiatrist
B. Licensed Psychologist (Doctorate Level)
C. Licensed Clinical Social Worker
D. Licensed Professional Counselor
E. Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist
F. Certified Clinical Supervisor
as well as Masters degree in a human service field, with one year of post-graduate accumulated supervised experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness and dual disorders, or similar target population. Prior staff management experience is desired.
