Overview
Witham Health Services in Lebanon, Indiana, is adding to their outstanding Infectious Disease practice. We are looking for a physician to join an established practice with the flexibility to work either part or full time. Full time opening would be a mix with either Wound Care or Internal Medicine.

Light Call 1:3
Will see on average 13-17 patients per day.
E-clinical Works EMR system in place.
Opening is due to growth.
Looking for BE/BC candidate. Open to recent graduate or practicing physician.
Employed opportunity.
Teaching opportunity if desired with Marian University students.


Hospital Description
Witham Health Services is a 78 bed licensed facility based in Lebanon, Indiana. Lebanon is located 30 minutes northwest of Indianapolis on I-65. Associated clinics are located nearby in Crawfordsville, Frankfort, Jamestown, Thorntown, Whitestown at Anson and Zionsville.

Witham has served Boone County since 1917, but moved into a new building in 2003. Services provided include: Allergy and Sinus Center, Cancer Institute, Emergency Services, Eye Institute, GI Institute, Hospice Care, Maternity Center, Occupational Health, Pulmonology / Sleep Lab, Rehabilitation Services, Toxicology Laboratory and Transitions for Seniors.
