Job Description

Hennepin Healthcare (HHS) is an academic and integrated health care system which includes a 470 bed safety net hospital and 9 community clinics based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The Department has a track record of teaching and leading research to benefit our community.

We are seeking an experienced leader to further develop the clinical operations and scholarship activities of the division.

The Division includes a team of 33 physician faculty and 20APPs working in hospital based and outpatient clinics.

The Director will be responsible for clinical care, quality, faculty development and financial performance of the division.

The new Division Director will hold an academic appointment with the University of Minnesota and must have strong academic credentials.

Qualified applicants should be board certified in Internal Medicine, have at least 5 years of progressive management responsibilities, and, preferably have experience in value based care, population health and hold an advanced degree such as a MPH or MBA.
