PACE / Hospice / Home Health
Full Time M-F/M-Sun/Days/Nights/As Needed

Job Summary
The CNA position is an integral member of the dedicated inter-disciplinary team that provides important short term / long term care of our patients. The CNA works under the supervision of a registered nurse. They provide a high level of care for our patients in the client homes / in hospice / in facilities.
Key Responsibilities
o Perform all aspects of personal care & hygiene to patients according to policies / procedures
o Provide supportive care to patients and families
o Adhere to written and oral instructions

Knowledge & Skills
o Knowledge of basic meal preparation and feeding techniques
o Excellent communication; via phone, in person and email
o Attention to detail & ability to handle confidential information following HIPPA guidelines

Required qualifications
o High School Diploma or GED required
o Florida Certified Nursing Assistant license
o 1 year experience
o Valid Florida Drivers License with good record
o Automobile Insurance
o Clear level 2 background check
