Job Description

Dr. M Razi Rafeeq is looking to add another Allergy / Immunology physician to his well-established practices in the Toledo, OH area (Maumee & Oregon, OH). He has been practicing for over 30 years (practice founded in 1985) and is the only allergy, asthma and immunology practice within the ProMedica system! Dr. Rafeeq's practice is full-service, providing state of the art A/I testing and treatment. Excellent EMR (Meditab / IMS), full customized for allergy, asthma and immunology patients.

Treats all allergic diseases, asthma and immunodeficiency disorders
Large patient base - nearly 100 new referrals each month
Practice has grown to 5,000 patients annually

Clinical rotations offered ro primary care residents and A/I fellows in training
Opportunity to treat a variety of patients - pediatrics, adults, geriatrics
Call 1:2

Day shift (Office Hours - 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
Average of 25 - 30 patient visits per day
Large referral area encompasses 28-counties throughout northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan

MD/DO
Allergy / Immunology Fellowship trained
Adult & Pediatrics
BC/BE in Allergy & Immunology
Must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment toward achieving customer / patient satisfaction
