Job Description

ProMedica Physicians Anesthesiology is currently recruiting an outstanding Anesthesiologist with a strong interest in medical student and resident education. With the University of Toledo College of Medicine, the Academic Affiliation Partner, they will be tasked with developing and delivering an academic model at multiple ProMedica facilities. Our ideal candidate would be fellowship trained in OB, Pediatrics or Cardiac.

The anesthesiology department delivers care to patients in a variety of locations throughout the organization including services at ProMedica Toledo Hospital, ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children's Hospital, ProMedica Bay Park Hospital, and ProMedica Flower Hospital.

Duties of new faculty will include patient care, teaching of medical students and residents. Opportunities for scholarly activity and clinical research are available and participation in the academic mission of the department is required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
MD/DO
BC/BE with the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA)
Fellowship training is preferred, but not required
Must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment toward achieving customer / patient satisfaction
