Job Description

Mountain West Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full-time services at a Hospital Affiliated Occupational Medicine Clinic.


- Employed Position

- Office Space is ready and available

- Necessary Equipment is ready and available

- Clinic is part of the MOB attached to the Hospital

- Schedule is Monday-Friday

- Staff is fully trained in Occupational Med and Urgent Care

- Clinic is located only 30 minutes from Salt Lake City


Candidate Qualifications:


- Certified NP or PA

- DOT certification required

- Experience with Systoc System preferred, not required

- Experience in Occupational Medicine required
