Job Description
Outpatient Primary Care, no OB
Services: diabetes, hypertension, chronic disease management, preventive care, and injury.
EPIC EMR
Reason for need: Growth opportunity

Additional services in building: Outpatient services such as Lab, CT Scan, EKG, Physical Therapy, X-Ray, Orthopedics, Hand surgeon, Naturalist, OB-GYN, Physician Therapy Thriving practice with lots of opportunity!

Job Requirements
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
Must be comfortable with Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) approach
