Job Description
Practice located 15 min. from Liberty Township
Physician needed by summer 2021 (or earlier)
Outpatient Family Medicine, no OB
4-day work week
Services: preventive care for all ages, treatment of acute and chronic illness, patients are multigenerational families, traditional family practice.
EPIC EMR
Reason for need: Succession planning
3 physicians, 1 APP

Job Requirements
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
Must be comfortable with Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) approach
US Residency required
