Job Description
Outpatient Internal Medicine physician
Patient Population: Medicare Heavy
Patients per day: 20 min appointment times on average (18-20 patients per day)
Additional Services in building: Imaging Services (X-Ray and Ultra Sound), Laboratory Services, Education, Training, and Community Events room
About the practice: This practice opened in July 2021. Years Ahead is focusing on the aging population, including but not limited to: complex care, chronic disease management, multiple chronic issues. This is a new idea and brand-new facility. It is an opportunity for something new and different.

Job Requirements
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
Must be comfortable with Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) approach
US Residency required
