Job Description
Offer work life balance
The services offered are preventive care for all ages, treatment of acute illness, large geriatric population in practice, all chronic diseases and well woman exams.
EPIC EMR
On site lab
7 providers in practice, 5 physicians and 2 APRN-CNPs

Job Requirements
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
Must be comfortable with Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) approach
US Residency required
We are not able to accept J1 visa sponsorship candidates
