Our client is seeking a part-time or full-time Primary Care Physician for an outpatient opportunity in Bakersfield, CA. The physician will provide primary care, chronic disease management, and promote health & wellness principles to the employees and dependents of a local employer. Highlights:
Manage only 10-15 patients per day
Predictable workweek - 20 to 40 hours, flexible based on the candidate
Few administrative hassles no billing or coding, and admin time is built into the schedule (no need to take work home)
$215,000 - $260,000 base salary plus 10% quarterly quality bonus

Qualifications:
Board certified/eligible in family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrics
