Overview
Witham Health Services is adding a Family Medicine provider. This is an immediate need. Very desirable location and practice setting!
Open to either part or full-time schedules. Option to work 3.5 or 4 days per week.
Will see on average 16-19 patients per day.
Very light call of 1:8
E clinical Works EMR system in place.
Open to recent graduate or practicing provider. Must be BE/BC.
Teaching opportunity with Marian Medical students.

Hospital Description
Witham Health Services is a 52 bed licensed facility based in Lebanon, Indiana. Lebanon is located 30 minutes northwest of Indianapolis on I-65. Associated clinics are located nearby in Crawfordsville, Frankfort, Jamestown, Thorntown, Whitestown at Anson and Zionsville.

Witham has served Boone County since 1917, but moved into a new building in 2003. Services provided include: Allergy and Sinus Center, Cancer Institute, Emergency Services, Eye Institute, GI Institute, Hospice Care, Maternity Center, Occupational Health, Pulmonology / Sleep Lab, Rehabilitation Services, Toxicology Laboratory and Transitions for Seniors.
