Job Description

LICSW (Required): INTEGRATED PRIMARY CARE
FULL TIME: 72-80 HOURS PER PAY PERIOD
ACCEPTING BOTH NEW AND EXPERIENCED LICSW
SALARY RANGE: $29.00-$36.00 p/h DOE
LOCATION: SOUTHEASTERN WA

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Case load averages between 8-12 p/d depending on length of appts (30 min or 1-hour appts)
Integrated primary care model
Some school visits during school year (1-2 days p/w)
Prefer SUD provider that sees ages 13 yrs and older
Step into an established BHP and continue the momentum of the existing program while continuing to build on it with creativity and input
Prefer 2 years experience but open to new grads eager to exchange ideas and learn from the team
Facilitate treatment plan modifications, psych consults in conjunction with the PCP
Provide evidence-based treatments appropriate in the primary care setting
Provider patient skill training through psychoeducation about common mental health and SUD along with available treatment options
