Henry Community Health in New Castle, Indiana is looking to add an OB/GYN physician to their team!

Hospital employed position offering 4 day work week
1:4 call
All levels of experience are welcome
$400K + base salary guaranteed, additional bonus opportunity as well!
$50K signing bonus

Dr. Romel Antolin, Dr. Bruce Benninger and Dr. Lin Lu are the leading OB/GYN practice for
area women.

The physicians are highly regarded for their laparoscopic surgery skills and their
obstetrical care.
The OBGYN Office is located within the hospital with convenient access to the Surgery
Center and the Women and Childrens Unit.
Percentage of office visits is nearly equal for GYN and OB, surgical practice is primarily
laparoscopic GYN.
Henry Community Health is a Baby-Friendly designated hospital with outstanding patient
satisfaction scores from our OB and GYN patients. In 2022 HCH and our Women and Childrens
Unit were recognized as an INSpire Hospital of Distinction for their commitment to infant and
maternal health.

Pediatric/Newborn Hospitalists are available 24/7 to attend high risk deliveries and care for
normal newborns as well as those needing additional care. The hospital also has a 24/7
anesthesia team.

Henry Community Health utilizes the Cerner EMR which provides one system for both inpatient
and outpatient medical records. The EMR also has a patient portal.
