Jefferson Healthcare, an innovative and award-winning healthcare system, is seeking a Family Practice NP to join our South County and Port Ludlow Clinics. This unique position offers the opportunity to serve as a single provider in our Our South County Clinic,serving a rural community who truly depend on their provider. Also, this position offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative primary care team in our Port Ludlow clinic. Our perfect candidate has experience, a desire to be independent and is self-motivated. You cherish building relationships in a community and can see the whole family! What are we looking for?

Experienced (at least 3 years), compassionate, and highly motivated
A desire to live in a rural community
Ability to work as a team as well as independently
Comfortable with geriatric care as well as families of all ages

Our Facility

Jefferson Healthcare is a DNV accredited, fully integrated health care system, with numerous accreditations and awards. We are the primary healthcare provider for more than 25,000 residents of East Jefferson County on the Olympic Peninsula. We are a critical access, public hospital district providing services to residents of east Jefferson County. It is operated as a municipal corporation with five elected commissioners who oversee the district's operations. We recently received a 90% on our employee survey on "I would work here again."
