$150,000 Sign On Bonus for Primary Care Provider - Aledo, IL


Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join 2 Physicians, 6 Nurse Practitioners and a LISW in a Rural Health Clinic
Rural community, roughly 40 minutes south of the Quad Cities
Call rotation 1:6 (ER providers take inpatient call after hours)
Lab onsite
Xray adjacent to the clinic in the hospital
Clinic, Hospital, and Long Term Care coverage
