Pediatric Neurogastroenterologist Needed

Job Description

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and Arkansas Childrens Hospital (ACH) in Little Rock, Arkansas, are seeking board eligible/certified Pediatric Gastroenterologist to develop and lead a neurogastroenterology and motility program.

The Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (GI) section has fully established faculty-led programs in advanced & therapeutic endoscopy including ERCP, inflammatory bowel diseases, eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders, liver diseases, and intestinal failure & rehabilitation.
An aerodigestive program is in the final phases of implementation.
There is strong demand for pediatric neurogastroenterology/motility services.
Both UAMS and ACH are committed to developing a fully staffed and equipped neurogastroenterology/motility program at Childrens.
Applicants with formal training in motility are preferred, but those with clinical experience or strong interest in pursuing a career in neurogastroenterolgy/motility are also encouraged to apply.
Faculty appointment will be at the Assistant, Associate or Professor rank depending on qualifications.
