Ascension Medical Group St. Vincent - Family Medicine Physician

Ascension Medical Group St. Vincent is seeking a full-time family medicine physician to meet the needs of our patients at a Wellness Center in a north suburb of Indianapolis. While we are looking for a candidate who feels comfortable managing acute and chronic disease, the ideal candidate will enjoy working with a team to provide whole person, compassionate preventive care to optimizing patients overall health. We have consistent staff that are very supportive to the clinician.

Expected Patient Volume in Office/Day: 15-20
Extended appointments ranging from 20 to 40 minutes
No RVU/No Call/No in-patient/no pager
Team based approach between physician, nursing staff, dietitian, exercise physiologist, and behavioral
health specialists
No insurance companies/Fee for service
