Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a Medical Oncologist to join our team!

Our tenured staff, collegial and collaborative atmosphere is top notch! We are committed to renewing and enhancing our cancer care program by investing over $38 million in a state of the art facility and updated technology. The new cancer center will become a critical regional resource for comprehensive cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Well-established program
Abundant referral source due to number of primary care MD's and increase in population
Candidates must have excellent clinical expertise and excellent communication skills
4 day work week; Full time - Monday through Friday
Shared Call schedule
Moving allowance and sign on bonus is negotiable

About Our Community:

Maine is a land full of beauty offering beautiful beaches, a rocky coastline, lakes and mountains all within driving distance. Ski enthusiasts, in particular, will love this area for its ski slopes these unique ski slopes, created by the townspeople in the 1930s, spell the word LOVE.

Rumford Region: A beautiful, rural area, the town is located in west-central Maines Oxford County and is surrounded by forests, mountains, rivers, and lakes. This area boasts many recreational opportunities for boating, swimming and fishing; and its also home to the largest waterfall east of Niagara. The business district of the town is located on The Island located between the Androscoggin River and the canals. The Island features restaurants and retail stores along with the local government offices, Post Office and banking institutions.
