Job Description

Astria Health in Central WA has a need for additional FNPs to join their team. This is a great opportunity to continue to build on the momentum of our established and busy multispecialty clinics in the Yakima Valley and manage it to your style. Total Rewards:
Generous base salary based off MGMA standards.
RVU quarterly productivity bonuses for increased earnings potential during ramp-up.

Practice Highlights and Experience/Training Preferences:
Non-restrictive, Independent, full practice (manage your own panel with no supervision/oversight required by a physician).
Blend of primary care and walk-in care services.
We also have an integrated primary care clinic with a strategic long-term vision of adding this care model to all primary care outpatient clinics.
Full spectrum of care seeing all ages.
Full time with flexible scheduling with some clinics offering extended hours and weekend availability.
Typical volume ranging from 15-22+ pts per day after ramp-up.
We welcome experienced or new grads for these positions (new grads must have extensive RN experience with direct patient care preferably in ER/trauma, critical care, med/surg, PC/UC).
Working with, and sensitive to, a multicultural population in a rural setting is preferred.
EMR: Cerner.
Bilingual in Spanish would be great!
