Munson Home Health, in beautiful Traverse City, MI, is seeking a BE/BC Certified Hospice and Palliative Medicine physician to join our robust, comprehensive, multidisciplinary palliative care team. Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship preferred.

Opportunity Details
Work with a palliative care team that is rapidly growing with both in-patient palliative care consult service at Munson Medical Center, and outpatient palliative care clinic services.
Work a full-time, 7-on and 7-off schedule with excellent work-life balance
Work in partnership with a fellowship-trained, board certified hospice and palliative medicine physician
Work with a motivated and collegial multidisciplinary Palliative Care team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, a physician assistant, and a dedicated social worker and psychotherapist.
Work with a fast growing palliative care team that is expanding services including consultative visits in the hospital, neonatal intensive care unit, pediatric unit, and growing palliative medicine outpatient clinic practice that includes telemedicine technology to serve a large rural community in northern Michigan.
Work with supportive administrative leadership that has made possible the successful growth of this multidisciplinary palliative care team.
Work with a multidisciplinary hospice team, attending and leading hospice interdisciplinary team meetings, and caring for hospice patients receiving care at home, resident facilities, and at Munsons beautiful and newly-renovated 8-bed Hospice House.
Teach rotating residents and medical students.
