Mercy in Lebanon, Missouri is recruiting an additional pediatrician to meet growth in the region and the replacement of a long-term, highly successful, and respected partner. We are an established group with a strong volume and variety of patients. We offer an outpatient clinical practice while also having the ability to take care of newborns and nursery. Our staff is stable, and the hospital feels like a small family!

$275,000 guaranteed annual salary to ramp-up and then rewarding plan based on quality and productivity realistic earnings at 75%+
$50,000 signing bonus plus paid relocation available

Experienced partners who support the recruitment and will welcome and mentor you current pediatricians have been here 20+ years
