Job Description

We are hiring for a Physician, Family Medicine (MD or DO). We believe work/life balance is a priority, so patient care is transferred to provider on-call so you can completely disconnect. Days off are truly days off.

We also offer:
4-day work week
2-hour mid-day schedule block
Dedicated Nurse plus you may choose a dedicated Scribe or Medical Assistant on your care team
Practice design flexibility (how many patients you see, length of time slots for appointments, etc.)
No primary ED call (unless you want it); back-up mid-level call 1 day/wk & 1 weekend every 4-5 wks
Avel eCare telehealth in ED, immediate access to board certified ED doc, assists with transfers, physician to physician consultations and documentation.
Tenured Physicians that provide mentorship and are committed to keeping up with evidence-based medicine
Close relationship with Administrator who is open to change, new ideas and working with you to make your career what you want it to be.
Robust specialty physician clinic including 15 specialties and 20 clinicians. General Surgery, ENT, Cardiology, Oncology, Podiatry, Urology, GI, Rheumatology
You form relationships with patients and their families
