Our opportunity includes a four- or five-day work week in a clinic only setting that offers access to a unique set of resources such as behavioral health consultants, dental professionals, vision professionals and supportive administrative staff. The opportunity also includes a generous benefits package.

Sign-on Bonus:
$20,000

Compensation:
- Year 1 - $200K guarantee
- After year 1 - $190K base salary, plus production bonus, plus specific target bonuses
