Job Description

We are searching for a Family Practice Physician with OB. The Physician works 4 days per week in the rural health clinic, admits to and manages patients in the hospital, and participates in ER call. Physician will be joining an active team of 4 other Physicians and 3 midlevel providers who value their patients and their time off. Current call schedule is 1:6 with to goal of going to 1:7.

The Family Practice Physician will provide physician services to Hospital inpatients, patients at clinics operated by the Hospital, and other patients (nursing home) according to a schedule as determined by the Hospital in consultation with the Physician. The Physician may be assigned other duties from time such as participation in hospital sponsored events such as the health fair.

The Family Practice Physician is assigned a dedicated nurse for patient coordination in addition to other resources within the clinic to ensure patient communication, referral record monitoring, scheduling and Rx management.

Benefit Details:
Salary range dependent on experience.
Incentive pay offered is 50% of net revenue generated after 2 x monthly salary expense has been met.
Student Loan Forgiveness is available.
Relocation expenses up to $10,000.
Eight (8) weeks of earned time off per Contract Year for vacation, holidays, and personal leave, including sick leave and attendance at professional conventions and continuing education (ETO). Unused ETO is paid out on anniversary date.
